Educational Sponsorships	Price
VIP MEETING ROOM SPONSORSHIPS
VIP Meeting Room** • Meeting space reserved during the conference customized to use how you see fit. • Listing of up to 12 sessions in conference program and mobile app • One Live Stream Education Session to be open to attendees in Orlando and the Virtual Event. This session will also be recorded and made available as part of the Virtual Event package and as a complimentary session in the ATIA Learning Center. • Includes 8 complimentary full conference registrations (must be staff). Please Note: AV is not included and must be purchased on own.	$17,000
VIP Meeting Room Recording Add On**   • Recording of up to 9 sessions on either Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday (your choice, due when submitting education sessions). Content will be included in the Virtual Event. • Recordings will also be included in the ATIA Learning Center as free content and marketed to all 16k+ Learning Center users. • Standard AV set for all three days and recording equipment included in package if recording is purchased.	$6,500
MEMBER MEETING ROOM SPONSORSHIPS
Member Meeting Room (One Day)**   • Opportunity to have the extended ability to do one-on-one, private meetings, focus groups and educational sessions for ATIA Attendees. • Meeting space reserved Friday or Saturday, customized to use how you see fit. • Listing of up to 4 sessions in the conference program and mobile app. • Standard AV package included (projector, screen, microphone). • Room can seat up to 40 people set up in theater style. • Includes 2 complimentary full conference registrations per day (must be staff)	$5,000
Member Meeting Session Recordings (One Day) (Inclusion in the Virtual Event)**   • Recording of up to 4 sessions. Content will be included in the Virtual Event. • Recordings will also be included in the ATIA Learning Center as free content and marketed to all 16k+ Learning Center users. • Includes Standard AV package (projector, screen, microphone)	$2,500
Educational Sponsorships (Sessions)
Pre-Recorded Education Sessions   • Pre-recorded 60-minute session(s) for inclusion in the Virtual Event. • Recording must be submitted by January 12, 2024. • Session(s) to be released to Virtual Event attendees prior to the live event for viewing during the event. • Recording(s) will also be included in the ATIA Learning Center as free content and marketed to all 16k+ Learning Center users.	$1,000 each
Live Streamed Education Sessions (inclusion in Virtual Event)   • Live Stream Education Session(s) to be open to attendees in Orlando and to participants in the Virtual Event. • This session will also be recorded and made available as part of the Virtual Event package and as a complimentary session in the ATIA Learning Center available to all 16k+ Learning Center users.	$2,000 each
Brand Recognition and Traffic Driver Sponsorships
Passport to Party! A reimagining of our Passport to Prizes program! Be a sponsor for our Thursday night reception! Sponsorship includes drink tickets made available to sponsors to giveaway during the exhibit hall opening on Thursday to be used at the Thursday evening reception.
