Call For Presentations

Proposal Guidelines

We invite proposals that reflect AT industry relevance that are grounded in research and/or practice. Each proposal should aim to provide actionable insights that empower and inspire meaningful progress for the industry.

To create an outstanding agenda, preference will be given to proposals that consider the following:

  • Feature innovative and forward-thinking content
  • Encourage discussion and active audience participation
  • Support knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Present a clear business value backed by data or research
  • Share practical examples and actionable takeaways (e.g. tools, methodologies)
  • Use goal-oriented or outcomes-based descriptions
  • Connect content to real-world industry challenges

Topic Areas

As you create your proposal, please consider the following three themes, which are the focus areas for the conference program.

  • Business Strategy & Funding: Investment trends, venture capital, sustainable growth
  • Technology & Innovation: AI across platforms, modern product development, integration with mainstream tech
  • Customer Engagement & Market Awareness: Reaching end users, new markets, community building, marketing that drives real growth

Proposal Review and Submission Guidelines

AT Summit strives to be inclusive and diverse when reviewing session proposals. Staff will review and select submissions that ensure that program content is timely, relevant, and targeted to attendee needs based on stated guidelines.

Submission Guidelines and Expectations:

  • You are limited to submitting two proposals.
  • However… to ensure diversity of thought, each speaker will be limited to speaking in one session only. If multiple sessions are accepted that feature the same speaker(s), they will be asked to select ONLY ONE session to participate in.
  • Proposals can have a maximum of four speakers in total.
  • DO NOT include any reference to names (eg. Company or Person) in the session title, description, or learning objectives.
  • All accepted speakers and co-speakers are expected to register for the conference at the discounted speaker rate and will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
  • All accepted speakers and co-speakers will be required to attend a 1-hour speaker training session prior to the conference.

Important Dates

Please make note of the dates and deadlines below:

  • Call for proposals will be open through Friday, April 17, 2026
  • All submitters will be notified by Friday, May 8, 2026, whether your submission has been accepted.
  • Event Registration will open in June 2026.
  • Event dates: September 16-17, 2026, in Las Vegas, NV
