Welcome to the ATIA 2024 Continuing Education credits program for in person attendees in Orlando. ATIA 2024 will be offering Continuing Education Credits toward professional development requirements with over 250 education sessions on the education program.
ATIA will be offering the following CEUs at the conference:
- Academy of Certified Vision Education and Rehabilitation Professionals (ACVREP)
- American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Certificated Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
- International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET)
There is a $30 CEUs administrative fee to obtain CEUs for the in-person conference. The $30 fee covers all CEU types: ACVREP, AOTA, ASHA, CRC and IACET. Please register in advance or onsite: ATIA 2024 Registration

How to Claim CEUs Via the ATIA Learning Center – opens January 24, 2024
ATIA Learning Center Learner Profile
CEU purchase information is transferred to an individual’s learner profile in ATIA Learning Center. CEUs are claimed b y completing the ATIA 2024 Orlando In Person CEUs form in the ATIA Learning Center.
Dates
CEU applications are available starting January 24, 2024 and must be completed by February 29, 2024.
Criteria for CEU Assessment
Learners must complete a CEU Assessment for one session in each time period and obtain a 50% pass rate. A CEU certificate is posted to the learner’s profile in the ATIA Learning Center. For sessions eligible for more than one CEU type, it is possible to claim multiple CEUs for a session.
Posters
Posters are eligible for AOTA, ASHA, CRC and IACET CEUs but not for ACVREP CEU Hours.
ACVREP CEUs
ATIA is an Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation & Education Professionals (ACVREP) RPPLE Category 1 Continuing Education Provider. Not all education sessions offered qualify for ACVREP CEUs. Please check the individual education session description in the conference session directory for ACVREP CEUs.
Each hour of education instruction equates to 1 ACVREP CEU hour. Hours are rounded to the nearest half-hour. For example, a 60-minute education session equates to 1 ACVREP CEU hour. Courses with ACVREP CEU Hours are eligible for AT and BVI ACVREP CEU Hours.
The ATIA 2024 Orlando In-Person Conference will be offered for up to 27 hours of ACVREP ATBVI CEU Hours.
AOTA CEUs
ATIA is an AOTA approved provider of professional development.
The Live PD activity will be offered at up to 2.9 CEUs Introductory Level, OT Service Delivery. AOTA does not endorse specific course content, products, or clinical procedures.
Not all education sessions offered qualify for AOTA CEUs. Please check the individual education session description in the conference session directory for AOTA CEUs.
Each hour of education instruction equates to 0.1 AOTA CEUs, and AOTA CEU hours are rounded to the nearest half-hour. For example, a 60-minute education session equates to 0.1 AOTA CEUs.

ASHA CEUs
ATIA is an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) CE Provider. ASHA CEUs are offered in speech-language pathology and audiology through ASHA via ATIA’s status as an approved ASHA CE Provider. Not all education sessions offered qualify for ASHA CEUs. Please check the individual education session description in the conference session directory for ASHA CEUs.
Each hour of education instruction equates to 0.1 ASHA CEUs, and ASHA CEU hours are rounded down to the nearest half-hour. For example, a 60-minute education session equates to 0.1 ASHA CEUs.

The ATIA 2024 Orlando In-Person Conference will be offered for up to 29 hours or 2.90 ASHA CEUs.
*Please note that ATIA issues an ASHA Certificate of Attendance upon successful completion of an ASHA CEU Assessment and not does issue ASHA CEUs.
After a learner successfully completes an ASHA CEU Assessment with a 50% pass rate, the learner is awarded an ASHA Certificate of Attendance. After review by ATIA, learner records are transmitted to ASHA for processing. ASHA posts ASHA CEUs to an individual’s ASHA CE Transcript. Please allow 6-8 weeks for the processing of ASHA CEUs.
To ensure successful processing of ASHA CEUs by ASHA, it is critical to include your ASHA Membership number in your registration application. Registrations or learner records that do not include an ASHA Membership number may be subject to delays in posting to the ASHA CE Registry.
To participate in the continuing education program and earn ASHA CEUs, subscribers must pay an annual ASHA CE Registry fee. CE Registry fees are paid by the participant directly to the ASHA National Office. The ASHA fee allows registration to an unlimited number of ASHA CEUs earned in a calendar year.

CRC CEUs
ATIA is a registered provider with the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification and is offering Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) CEUs for selected sessions. Not all education sessions offered qualify for CRC CEUs. Please check the individual education session description in the conference program for CRC CEU status. Each hour of education instruction equates to 1 CRC CEU hour. Hours are rounded to the nearest half-hour. For example, a 60-minute education session equates to 1 CRC CEU hour.
The ATIA 2024 Orlando In-Person Conference will be offered for up to 29 hours or 2.90 CRC-General CEUs.
IACET CEUs
ATIA is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers IACET CEUs for its learning events that comply with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard. IACET is recognized internationally as a standard development organization and accrediting body that promotes quality of continuing education and training.
Each hour of education instruction equates to 0.1 IACET CEU, and hours are rounded to the nearest tenth of an IACET CEU.
The ATIA 2024 Orlando In-Person Conference is eligible for up to 29 hours or 2.90 IACET CEUs.
