ATIA 2025 Sponsorship Opportunities

Extend your impact beyond your booth and strengthen your presence in the AT community when you sponsor at ATIA—maximizing your exposure and marketing dollars.

Below are some ways to engage with attendees before and during ATIA 2025.  We can also help you create a customized advertising opportunity. Contact the ATIA sales team at sales@atia.org.

Sponsorship Application

Educational Sponsorships

  • VIP Meeting Room* (2 ½ Days) – $18,000

    • Opportunity to have one-on-one, private meetings, focus groups and educational sessions for ATIA Attendees. 
    • Meeting space reserved Thursday – Saturday – customized to use how you see fit. (Set up time to be determined.) 
    • Room can seat up to 50-60 people. 
    • Listing of up to 11 sessions in the conference program and mobile app. 
    • One additional 60-minute live stream education session in the Orlando and Virtual Event education program. Recorded and included in Virtual Event and Learning Center with free access through September 30, 2025.   
    • One meter board sign, table and chairs, optional pop-up banner outside room entrance.  

  • VIP Meeting Room Recording Package* – $6,500

    • Recording of up to 8 sessions on Thursday /Friday or Friday/Saturday. Content will be included in the ATIA 2025 Virtual Event. 
    • Included in ATIA Learning Center as free content and marketed to all ATIA Learning Center users through September 30, 2025. 
    • Standard AV set and recording equipment included in the package if recording is purchased (AV is not included in VIP meeting room set up otherwise).  

Member Meeting Room Sponsorships

  • Member Meeting Room* (2 ½ Days | Hall of Cities Room) – $12,500

    • Opportunity to have one-on-one, private meetings, focus groups and educational sessions for ATIA Attendees. 
    • Meeting space reserved Thursday through Saturday customized to use how you see fit. (Set up time to be determined.) 
    • Listing of up to 8 sessions on Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday in the conference program and mobile app. 
    • Standard AV package included (projector, screen, microphone). 
    • Room can seat up to 50-60 people. 
    • Sessions can be recorded for a separate fee (see below).  

  • Member Meeting Room* (1 Day | Friday, January 30, 2025) – $5,000

    • Opportunity to have one-on-one, private meetings, focus groups and educational sessions for ATIA Attendees. 
    • Meeting space reserved for one day, Friday, January 30, 2025, and customized to use how you see fit. (Set up time to be determined.) 
    • Listing of up to 4 sessions in the conference program and mobile app for Friday, January 30, 2025. 
    • Standard AV package included (projector, screen, microphone). 
    • Room can seat up to 50-60 people. 
    • Sessions can be recorded for a separate fee (see below for Member Meeting Room Recording Package). 

  • Member Meeting Recording Package* (Per Day) – $2,500 per day

    • Recording of all sessions officially scheduled in your room per day. Content will be included in the ATIA 2025 Virtual Event. 
    • Included in ATIA Learning Center as free content and marketed to all ATIA Learning Center users through September 30, 2025. 

Individual Education Session Sponsorships

  • One (1) Live-Stream Education Session – $2,000

    • One 60-minute live stream education session in the Orlando and Virtual Event education program. Recorded and included in Virtual Event and Learning Center with free access through September 30, 2025.   

  • Pre-Recorded Education Session(s) – $1,000 per session (maximum of five sessions)

    • Pre-recorded 60-minute session(s) for inclusion in the ATIA 2025 Virtual Event. 
    • Sessions may be released to virtual event attendees prior to the event for viewing in between live-streamed sessions as requested by Virtual Event attendees. 
    • Included in ATIA Learning Center as free content and marketed to all ATIA Learning Center users through September 30, 2025. 

Additional Sponsorship Options

  • Brand Recognition and Traffic Driver Sponsorships

    • Registration Bag Insert (Member* – $500 | Non-Member – $750)* 
      An insert can be placed in the conference bags for each attendee during the conference.
    • Exhibit Hall Floor Decal – $1,000
      Decal to be placed in exhibit hall aisle outside of booth. 
    • Mobile App Banner Ad – $1,500
      Use the ATIA Mobile App to engage your audience and generate traffic to your booth. Get your ad front and center to all conference attendees.
    • Badge Holder and Lanyard (Exclusive) – $4,000
      This sponsorship includes your branding on both the badge holder and lanyard.
    • Conference Registration Bag (Exclusive) – $4,000
      Let the ATIA attendees advertise for you during and long after the conference. Company to provide bags and must be approved by ATIA.
    • Reusable Water Bottle (Exclusive) – $4,000
      Each attendee will receive a water bottle with your company name, logo and the ATIA logo on it. Sponsor to provide water bottles, to be approved by ATIA.  

  • Communication Sponsorships

    • Mobile App Push Notification (One Push Notification) – $500
      Use the ATIA Mobile App to increase traffic to your booth or Product Demonstration Center session. Sponsor to provide push notification text that will be sent to all attendees using the mobile app. ATIA marketing will be responsible for sending the push notification.

    • Custom Email Blast to Single Attendee Interest Group – $2,000
      Sponsor to provide email text and graphics to be sent to Special Interest Group (AAC, Vision &Hearing Technologies, Education & Learning, Physical Access) before the conference takes place to registered attendees. ATIA marketing will be responsible for sending the email.

  • Thursday Night Celebration Event Sponsorships

    • Passport to Party – $500
      A reimagining of our Passport to Prizes program! Be a sponsor for our Thursday night reception! Sponsorship includes drink tickets made available to sponsors to giveaway during the exhibit hall opening on Thursday to be used at the Thursday evening reception. Gameify the giveaway in your booth or simply give them any way you desire. Includes 25 tickets ($500 per 25 tickets).
    • Thursday Event Drink Sponsorship – $4,000
      Sponsor one of our non-alcoholic or alcoholic frozen drinks for our Thursday reception! Includes signage recognition, table for promo items, and drink naming rights.
      Note: quantity limited to 200 drinks.
    • Thursday Event Dessert Sponsorship – $5,000
      Sponsor something sweet at our Thursday night reception! Includes signage recognition, table for promo items, and the dessert named after your company.
