ATIA 2021 Orlando Conference Exhibitors:

As you are aware, the ATIA Board of Directors took the decision to move the ATIA 2021 face-to-face event to a Virtual Event.   At this current time, we are planning for a face-to-face conference in 2022 for the last week of January.  We are offering the following options to our ATIA 2021 Orlando current exhibitors.

Transfer your booth location/s and deposit to ATIA 2022

A transfer will transfer your ATIA 2021 booth location/s and payment to ATIA 2022. You will be eligible to receive ATIA 2021 booth fees as part of the transfer and to apply these fees to any additional booth purchases.  There are no partial transfers and no decreases in the number of booths originally contracted for 2021.

Companies must be ATIA members for the calendar year 2021 (1/1/21 – 12/31/21) to receive member rates for ATIA 2022. Final payment for ATIA 2022 booth/s must be paid by July 31, 2021. There will be no refunds after 7/31/20 and any existing booths will automatically be transferred to ATIA 2022.

Full Refund of ATIA 2021 booth fees

A full refund will cancel your booth space and we will send a refund to the named company on file in the ATIA 2021 exhibitor system. There will not be a member-only Space Selection process for ATIA 2022. If you select this option you will be required to pay the booth fees for ATIA 2022 and select a booth on a first-come-first-served basis. There will an increase in booth fees for ATIA 2022.

There will be no refunds after 7/31/20 and any existing booths will automatically be transferred to ATIA 2022.
