Want to be a Part of ATIA 2017?
ATIA is looking for volunteers to serve as Sighted Guides, Session Monitors and/or Poster Scanners for ATIA 2017. Each volunteer is required to work a minimum of 12 hours. In exchange for volunteering onsite, volunteers will receive a 50% discount on ATIA 2017 registration. If you are interested, please contact Jenny Worcester at email@example.com to discuss available dates/times.
Justify Your Attendance
If you need to justify the expense and time commitment of attending the ATIA 2017 Annual Conference to your employer or for a grant, utilize the ATIA Justification Kit which includes some tips to help you present your case for support.

A full refund will be granted to cancellations made in writing on or before Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Name changes and substitutions are allowed at no fee. Regrettably, no refunds will be given on cancellations received on or after Wednesday, November 2, 2016. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Written cancellations must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to +1 847-277-7414. Regrettably, no cancellations can be processed after Sunday, January 22, 2017, after the conclusion of the conference.
Purchase Order Payment Policy
Registrations paid by Purchase Order are subject to the above cancellation policy. Purchase Order payments are due no later than 30 days after the completion of the conference, Wednesday, February 22, 2017. Payments received after Wednesday, February 22, 2017 will incur a $75 late payment administrative fee.
