Speaker Registration

Speaker notifications have been sent. Speakers must register through the Speaker Service Center, which can be found in your notification email.

Key Dates for Speakers

  • Mid-August: Speaker notifications
  • September 15: Deadline to complete speaker agreement
  • October 23: Webinar on Creating Accessible Handouts
  • December 1: Deadline to register at the discounted speaker rate
  • December 31: Deadline to register for ATIA 2026 to avoid being removed from the program
  • January 8: ATIA 2026 Speaker Orientation webinar
  • January 14: Deadline to upload presentation handouts

Speaker Service Center

Speakers for scheduled sessions will have access to a personal Speaker Service Center where they can reference full speaker information and complete tasks such as the speaker agreement and uploading their presentation handouts. Login information can be found in the notification email.
