Accessibility Services

Accessibility at ATIA 2025

ATIA strives to make our event accessible to all individuals who attend. From the hotel to the sessions to the exhibit hall, and including our materials, we believe you will find a solution that meets your needs. If for any reason you are unable to access any part of our event, please let us know and we will find a resource or solution to meet your needs.

Captioning Links

During the conference, you may access live captioning links for sessions taking place in Crystal Ballroom H on Thursday and Friday (Virtual Event sponsored live-stream sessions). The links can be used by both virtual and in-person attendees. Crystal H will also have a separate screen for captioning setup in the front of the room.

Additional in-person only session live captioning links in instances where captioning was requested can be found here.
