Live Broadcast Webinar General Access Instructions

How to Access the ATIA Webinar Link:

There will be a unique call-in number and link to the ATIA Webinar System for each of the webinars.

Each person who has registered for the webinar will receive a confirmation email which will provide access instructions including the passcode for accessing the audio and visual portions of the webinar. Two to five days prior to the webinar date you will receive an email which will provide any handouts or additional materials for the webinar, if available.

Registrants will need a computer and internet connection to access the webinar.  They can choose to access the audio via VoIP or via conference call line.  A phone & phone line is required if the conference line option is selected.

First Time Users:
To save time before the meeting, test your connection to make sure it is ready to use Adobe Connect. You should do this a few days prior to the date of the webinar.

Meeting participants are only required to have Adobe Flash Player 10.1 or later installed.

Troubleshooting:
Unable to join the meeting?
Check to be sure you are using the correct access instructions for the webinar.

If the connection test above passed successfully, you should be ready to log in to your meeting. However, if you continue to experience problems, please refer to troubleshooting tips.

To check your system requirements, please review the system requirements on the Adobe website.
