Webinar Registration Policies and Procedures

Pricing

The registration fee for all live broadcast webinars in the ATIA Webinar Series is $39 per person for a one hour webinar and $49 for a one and one-half hour webinar. 

Additional staff from the same organization may participate in the webinar (at that location through the same computer connection) for an additional fee of only $15 per person for up to three additional attendees. 

Registration is available only through our easy online registration form; choose a webinar from the listing and click "Register".  Online registration requires a credit card.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.  You can register for multiple webinars at a time using the online registration form.

We cannot accept checks or purchase orders for individual webinar registrations.  For group webinar registrations, contact us at webinars@atia.org.

If you have any problems with the online registration form, you may download the Registration Form and fax or mail it in.  When using this version of the form, you can only register for one webinar per form.

CEU Credits
 

CEUs will be provided for all webinar registrants.  Each hour of instruction equates to 0.1 CEU. 

CEU credits are provided by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) through the AAC Institute.

Webinar participants should go to the web site www.aacinstitute.org/CEUs to locate the activity in which they are a participant.  Follow the instructions on the website to receive your CEU certificate.

Cancellation Policy
 

If a webinar is cancelled at the discretion of ATIA, all webinar registration fees will be refunded.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for cancellation by a registrant.

Pre-Conference Seminar Discounts

For webinars that are "previews" of a full day Pre-conference Seminar, we will discount the fee, (i.e., $39, $49, or $15) off your pre-conference seminar registration fee if you attend both the webinar and then the pre-conference.  (The discount only applies to the pre-conference associated with that webinar.)
 
If you are registering for a Pre-Conference Seminar and have attended the associated webinar, you will need to email webinars@atia.org to request a "coupon code" to enter when you register for the Pre-Conference Seminar.   This code will be needed in order to receive the webinar fee discounted off the Pre-Conference registration fee.

Accessibility

All webinars will distribute the handout prior to the day of the webinar.  These handouts are typically a complete set of the slides to be used during the webinar broadcast.  If utilizing a screen reader, attendees may choose to follow along with the handout.
