Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
A full refund will be granted to cancellations made in writing on or before September 18, 2009. To cover administrative costs, a service fee of $100 will be charged for all cancellations received from Saturday, September 19, 2009 through Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Regrettably, no refunds will be given on cancellations received after Thursday, October 1, 2009.
Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Written cancellations must be sent by e-mail to registration@atia.org, faxed to +1 312.673.6939 or mailed to ATIA Registration: 1325 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674.
Full Conference Registration
This conference registration (Thursday – Saturday) offers unlimited event access.
Registration includes:
- Access to all conference sessions (Thursday – Saturday)
- Certificate of attendance
- Conference and program materials
- Access to Hands-On-Labs
- Admission to the Exhibit Hall (Thursday – Saturday) including the AT Education Theater
- Onsite Conference Proceedings provided in e-Braille, accessible PDF files and text files
- Opportunity to earn Continuing Education Credits
No meal package is included within registration pricing; however, optional pre-paid lunch tickets are available $12 apiece for purchase Wednesday, Thursday and Friday via the online registration form. Hotel restaurants and cash concession stands will be open during the conference.
One-Day Conference Registration
At ATIA 2009 Chicago, you can attend a single day of conference events with the purchase of a Daily Conference Pass. Just choose the day that best meets your needs!
Registration includes:
- One-day admission to all conference sessions, Hands-On-Labs and events on the day of your choice --- select any day from Thursday to Saturday.
- Certificate of attendance
- Conference and program materials
- Admission to Exhibit Hall including the AT Education Theater (Thursday – Saturday)
- Onsite Conference Proceedings provided in e-Braille, accessible PDF files and text files
- Opportunity to earn Continuing Education Credits
Pre-Conference Seminar Registration for an all-day session Wednesday, October 28, 2009 separate registration fee.

- 7-hours of education on a variety of topics from leading national presenters
- Opportunity to earn 6.5 Continuing Education Credits
