*A deposit for one night (room and tax) will need to be made for all hotel reservations, at the time of booking. Should a guest cancel a reservation, if advance notice of the cancellation is provided to the hotel prior to arrival (72 hours for the Renaissance Schaumburg and 24 hours for the Embassy Suites) the deposit will be refunded.
