Purchase orders, checks, or credit cards will be accepted.  Upon receipt of the purchase order or payment, the subscription code will be generated and provided to the contact person identified for the subscription.  A confirmation email will be sent out  which serves as your invoice if using a Purchase Order.  Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

To purchase, you can use this Online Registration Form to pay by credit card or to upload your purchase order.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

If you require a letter explaining that ATIA is the sole source for providing this webinar program, please send an email to webinarsubscription@atia.org.

Subscription Policies:

Subscriptions run for one calendar year beginning on the date that the order is entered.

A subscription could be for a group within one organization such as a university or government agency, a school district, a statewide agency, a rehabilitation center, etc.  An organization may be academic or nonacademic, public or private.

Authorized users of an institution’s webinar subscription are current, full- and part-time employees.

Any person attending a live broadcast webinar or viewing an archived webinar must be registered using the organization’s subscription code for the webinar being attended regardless of whether the webinar is viewed in a group setting or individually.

A webinar subscription coordinator should be identified when submitting the subscription order.  This person will receive the subscription coupon code to be used during registration of the participant staff.  They are responsible for distributing the code to authorized users.  A quarterly report will be provided to the subscription coordinator to assist with tracking the number of registrations.

A webinar subscription will terminate at the end of the year from date of order or when the maximum number of allotted registrations has been reached.

ATIA has chosen a webinar system which can be used by most PC and Mac based systems.  However, there are certain system requirements which may change from time to time.  It is the responsibility of the subscribing organization to check these system requirements in order to access the webinars.  A “check your system” link is available to determine if a system meets the requirements.  For more information, review the ATIA Webinar Series Access Instructions.

Most webinar broadcasts are recorded and available through our Education On Demand library following the live broadcast.  While ATIA attempts to record all live broadcast webinars and make them available in the Education On Demand library, at times technical issues prevent the webinar from being recorded.

CEU Process:

*CEU credits are provided by the AAC Institute who is authorized by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).  CEU certificates must be requested.  Each hour of instruction equates to 0.1 CEU.  Webinar participants should go to the web site www.aacinstitute.org/CEUs to locate the activity in which they are a participant.  Follow the instructions on the website to receive your CEU certificate.  An individual must be registered to receive the certificate.
