New for the 2010 Orlando Conference, ATIA will host an Exhibitor and Member reception on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm in Caribbean IV. The reception will be cash bar with light snacks available, please RSVP here: www.atia.org/i4a/forms/form.cfm?id=82.

Exhibitor Registration
Each exhibiting company must register their booth personnel before arriving onsite at the conference. Each exhibiting company is allotted (2) two complimentary registrations per 8x10 booth space purchased. Non-profit exhibiting companies are allotted (1) one complimentary registration per 8x10 booth space purchased. Please fill out the registration form below and fax to ATIA Registration at (312) 673-6939.
Exhibitor Registration Rates:
Member - $100 per each additional registration over complimentary allotment
Non-Member - $175 per each additional registration over complimentary allotment

The Exhibitor Bulletin is published four times per year for all ATIA exhibitors. It is intended to inform you of new show developments, pending deadlines, marketing opportunities and to share information on how to exhibit effectively.

Exhibitor Service Manual
This manual contains important infomraton vital to the successful preparation for your on-site experience. To make the manual more user friendly, the left-side tool bar is interactive which allows you to simply click the section of the manual you wish to view and you are brough right to that specific document. Printing forms or instructions from the manual is also easy, simply select the "Print" icon from the toolbar running along the top of the manual and enter in the page number(s) of the document(s) you wish to print. Lead Retrieval Information
After announcing there will be no lead retrieval for the ATIA 2010 Orlando conference, we received several inquiries from exhibitors so after further negotiations with the provider we have been able to bring the costs down for ATIA to make it more economical to make lead retrieval services available for exhibitors at the conference. In the future we will continue to re-evaluate whether lead retrieval will be offered to exhibitors at ATIA conferences.
